Active communication with the client before, during and after the event is key to providing customer satisfaction. Happy customers give great referrals which ensure our ongoing success. We want happy clients! Our references prove it!
Class Act Party Productions, Atlanta’s premiere wedding DJ/MC service, believes that pleasing the client is the key to success. Our mission statement is simple: Provide a quality party experience geared to our client's wishes.
Between 1980-83, Atlanta native Keith Ling began spinning music as a DJ for WVGS, the Voice of Georgia Southern University. In 1993, he began Class Act Disc Jockey Service. Our experience during that period included a very wide variety of events. By 1995, the business had reached a level that required a greater commitment to professionalism.
Why "Party Productions"?
In 1996, Class Act Disc Jockey Service became Class Act Party Productions. This name change reflects our commitment to providing more to our clients than spinning music and making announcements. Whether your party is a wedding reception, birthday party, corporate event, or special dance, we are committed to making it the best it can be.
We also strive to improve our service and industry as a whole. Our professional affiliations include the ProDJ.com Advisory Board, ProDJ.com Wedding Mentor, and Professor of Technical Services at ProDJ.com's DJ University.
We believe that great parties result from careful planning, appropriate high quality music, and a positive professional attitude. Communication is also important. We constantly monitor our e-mail, and much of our planning is done by fax.
Our vast experience has taught us our strengths. For this reason, our target markets are weddings (about 85% of our business), corporate parties, birthday parties, and elementary school dances.
